Erin M. Adler, MS, MFT Intern
Supervised by Donelyn Miller, LMFT

Se Habla Español

I enjoy working with clients using a collaborative and strengths-based style. I come alongside my clients as we discover together the specific steps they will take to facilitate movement toward emotional health, and improved, more satisfying relationships. We look at the whole person, and proactively design a treatment plan that addresses the concerns most important to my clients, bringing to light additional areas of my clients' lives that we recognize will benefit from attention and change.
I have worked in a social services and/or counseling capacity with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan, from young children to elders, for over 15 years. This has included work as a counselor and/or group facilitator in themes of transition, grief and loss; care-giving; family relationship-building; conflict-resolution; intergenerational understanding; special needs; foster care/adoption concerns; multicultural issues; trauma resolution, depression and anxiety.
Additionally, due to my experience as a school counselor, behavioral interventionist/consultant, and educator, as well as graduate studies in Education/Special Education, I have served a variety of individuals and families, including those with developmental differences or marked communication challenges, such as autism spectrum, to strategize more pro-social behaviors, communication and relational skills.
I have lived in Santa Cruz County since 1994, where my husband David and I have enjoyed time outdoors, being foster parents, going to the beach with our dog, as well as running, cooking and painting.

Reagan Glover, MS, MFT Intern
Supervised by Donelyn Miller, LMFT

Reagan is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. In May, 2008 she received her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Bethany University. For more than six years Reagan has been employed in the university setting working with students as they process through life transitions, stress, depression, anxiety and relational issues. While completing her master's degree she worked at a correctional facility on the Crisis Intervention Team providing support and counseling for both men and women ages 18-50 dealing with, addiction issues, trauma, mental illness, anger management and relational challenges. This last year Reagan also counseled women through Santa Cruz's Gemma program helping clients with transitional, addiction and mental health issues.

Reagan walks alongside clients and joins with them as they seek to process through emotional, spiritual and physical challenges affecting their well-being and quality of life. The approach she takes to meeting with clients is primarily cognitive behavioral.

The last five years Reagan has been living in Santa Cruz county with her husband of eight years and their dog. While she works with college students, Reagan also counsels children, adolescents, couples, families as well as individual adult clients at both the Felton and Aptos offices of Relational Resources on Wednesdays and Thursdays using a sliding scale fee schedule.
